Peter Ryder – Company Director
A highly respected and successful former college Principal and independent FE consultant, Peter has been supporting and advising colleges since the announcement of the Area Based Review process in 2015. Expertise includes executive recruitment, strategic review / options appraisals, merger project management, organisational development and governance advice. Peter has successfully led college turnarounds and mergers and has significant background knowledge around project management, HR, organisational development, change management and corporate services. He is also a mentor for senior education managers.
Nicola has 16 years experience working in HR within the Education sector. A self motivated and highly organized HR Professional she has extensive experience of providing advice and support to Managers and staff across the broad spectrum of human resource management issues and employment legislation including change and restructure management including consulting with staff and trade unions. Nicola has also successfully implemented HR IT systems integrating both HR and payroll functions.
Over the last 3 years Nicola has been extensively involved in the project management of a number of College mergers including applications to the Transaction Unit.
